Richard Lee Barnes, Jr., born June 14, 1964, passed away at the San Diego Hospice, after suffering from a lengthy illness.  Richard, who resided in San Diego for the past 13 years, was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas.  Richard is survived by his mother, Linda Mae Bockelman, his grandmother, Stella Mae Davis, five brothers, Robert, Roger, George, Carl and Alan and two sisters, Stella and Julia.  Richard, who was a member of DIGNITY/San Diego, will be remembered in prayer during the regularly scheduled Mass of Dignity, Sunday, March 03, 1996, 6:00 PM.  Memorial contributions may be made in Richard's name to the Ruben Dominguez Memorial Fund, c/o Dignity San Diego, PO Box 33367, San Diego, CA 92163-3367. l
